Les Little has assisted policyholders with their insurance claims for over 20 years, including handling first-party lawsuits against insurance companies in state and federal courts. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Insurance Law. His trial experience includes jury verdicts and judgments in excess of policy limits in cases where the insurer denied coverage or underpaid the claim.
Les has handled insurance property damage claims arising from fires, hurricanes, tornados, and hail. He has represented plaintiffs in multiple cases that resulted in seven or eight figure settlements, including settlement of a tornado damage claim for over $20,000,000. He has also successfully litigated other insurance-related issues for policyholders such as the insurer’s duty to defend under a liability policy and Stowers issues involving primary and excess insurers.
Les graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Political Science. He obtained his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
