Kirby focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development and land use matters, financing, and related corporate transactions. She advises clients on sophisticated real estate strategies for multifamily, commercial, industrial, office, retail, and residential projects.
Kirby represents a broad range of clients, including developers, owners, investors, lending institutions, landlords, and tenants in Texas and across the United States. Drawing on experience gained in both private practice and in-house legal roles, she provides practical, business-oriented counsel tailored to each client’s objectives.
Kirby earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Texas.
