Eric Vickers

Attorney

Eric Vickers represents individuals and businesses in insurance and bad-faith claims, personal injury, commercial litigation, and criminal defense, and serves as local counsel in federal court matters. Practicing from the firm’s offices in Sugar Land and Amarillo, Texas, he brings an unusually well-rounded foundation to trial work. Before entering private practice, he served for over fifteen years as a police officer and homicide detective in Texas. After retiring from law enforcement, Eric earned his law degree cum laude from Baylor Law School and went on to serve as chief law clerk to the Honorable Matthew Kacsmaryk in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. That blend of investigative discipline, courtroom judgment, and federal-court experience shapes his aggressive, client-focused advocacy as he holds insurers accountable and fights to recover what his clients are owed. Over the past several years, Eric has helped his clients recover over $40,000,000 in disputes with insurance companies. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time traveling with his family, competing in fantasy football leagues, and playing golf.
